Q. How do we book you?
Q. Are you willing to travel?
Once we’ve had our consultation and crafted your perfect collection, we’ll prepare and send over a photography contract for you to review. When you send back the signed contract and retainer, your wedding date is officially secured!
Q. Is travel/accommodation included in your pricing?
Yes! The quote you receive covers everything, including travel and accommodation, so you don’t have to worry about any extra costs. We aim to keep things as simple and convenient for you as possible.
Absolutely! I love to travel and take on destination weddings with excitement. My main areas of expertise are Italy and France, but I’m always thrilled to discover new locations.
Q. How many images will we get?
We typically deliver around 100 photos per hour of coverage, ensuring you receive all the best moments from your day.
Q. What videos do you deliver?
You’ll receive a 30-second teaser and an 8-minute highlight film showcasing all the key moments, including the best audio from your vows and speeches. Plus, we include all the raw footage to relive every moment!
Q. When will you arrive to our wedding location?
For local weddings, we arrive at least one hour before the event. For international weddings, we often arrive several days in advance to acclimate and account for travel delays. During this time, we scout the venue, capture location shots, and, if allowed, fly the drone for stunning aerial views.
Q. What equipment do you use?
We use both film and digital setups, including Nikon 35mm digital and film cameras, the Contax 645 medium format film camera, and Super 8 for a touch of vintage charm. With multiple cameras, a range of lenses, lights, and plenty of backup memory, we’re fully prepared to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Q. How do you keep my media safe?
Your memories are my top priority. When I shoot, I use dual memory slots in my cameras to ensure every image is saved in two places. After your wedding, I immediately back up everything to at least two external hard drives, which I store in a fire-safe box for added protection.
Q. What is your pricing?
I believe every wedding is unique, with its own vibe and needs. That’s why I offer custom quotes for each wedding, elopement, or portrait session. My Collections start at $6,000 for intimate weddings, with most couples investing between $10,000 and $12,000 for both photography and cinematography for larger events. Reach out to me, and I'll be excited to create a tailored proposal based on your vision and requirements!
Q. Do you work with a second shooter?
Yes, I always work with second shooters to capture every moment from multiple angles. For larger or more intricate events, I bring additional shooters or assistants as needed to ensure we don’t miss a thing!
Q. How soon will we get our photos and/or videos?
We take pride in creating exquisite art with the finest methods and quality products. Our passion for detail means we carefully curate and present every project we photograph. While shooting film isn’t the fastest method, we believe it captures the most beautiful moments.
For engagement and portrait sessions, you can expect your photos within 2 to 4 weeks. Wedding images typically take 4 to 6 weeks to be delivered, while video films take around 6 to 8 weeks. We know you’re eager to see your photos and videos, so we’re excited to deliver sneak peeks and a teaser video within a week after your big day!
Q. Does all media include editing and color correction?
Absolutely! We handle all the editing ourselves to ensure everything looks cohesive, both in photos and videos. You'll receive all images with color adjustments and corrections. For select images, I also provide additional retouching to make sure you get the very best results. There’s no extra fee for these standard services—just beautiful memories ready for you to enjoy!
Q. Do you offer prints?
Absolutely! Your gallery includes an integrated online print store where you can easily order high-quality prints from the best labs I’ve hand-selected from around the world. Plus, we also design beautiful heirloom albums to showcase your memories in style!
Q. How early should we reach out?
The earlier, the better! Dates can fill up fast, and I only take on 25 weddings and elopements each year to make sure I can give every couple the attention they deserve. So, it’s a good idea to reach out as soon as you’ve got your date set!
Q. What happens if you have an emergency right before the wedding?
Thankfully, that’s never happened - knock on wood! But if unforeseen circumstances prevent us from attending your wedding, we do everything possible to find a replacement photographer with a similar style and expertise. We have a strong network of talented professionals ready to step in if needed. Alternatively, we would return your full investment and allow you to make your own arrangements if you so choose.
